Please use the websites listed below to determine what is and what is not allowed in following fair use and copyright guidelines. Electronic School: Copyright in a Digital Age Offers easy-to-read, practical advice on respecting the intellectual rights of others and avoid copyright infringement. Education World: The Educator's Guide to Copyright and Fair Use When a student wants to include a song, a poem, or a photograph in his or her multimedia presentation, what is he or she to do? Go to Education World's five-part series on copyright, fair use, and new technologies and read their copyright and fair use guidelines. The purpose of this site is for teachers to be able to to apply fair use practices to their classroom and nontraditional settings and to identify copyright practices that are questionable so that infringements may be avoided.
