Vets with a Mission: History of Vietnam and the Vietnam War
...given from the perspective of the vets who fought there on both sides, the memories, the photos, and the VWAM's humanitarian work.  The site is a very comprehensive place to find information on the peoples of Vietnam and its early history, the role of our armed services in the war, our allies, memorabilia, photos from Life magazine, the AP Wire Service and photos taken of Marble Mountain, the Tet Offensive, Con Thien, Que Son Valley, American grunts, etc.  Past, current, and future projects area also described.
The Vietnam Project
...consists of a Virtual Vietnam Archive where copies of actual documents and materials concerning different aspects of the Vietnam War can be searched, such as Agent Orange (Acrobat Reader required).  The Virtual Archive also has available audio and video files in a streaming format that can be downloaded. Also, the mission of the Oral History Project section is to create and preserve a more complete record of the wars in Southeast Asia by preserving, through recorded interviews, the recollections and experiences of the men and women who participated in these wars, as well as those military and civilian personnel involved in activities surrounding the wars on the home front. The Virtual Archive also has available audio and video files in a streaming format that can be downloaded. Under the Teachers' Resource Web are many articles and photos of U.S. Presidents involved in the Vietnam War, a senator, equipment, and artifacts.

Vietnam War Bibliography
...lists more than 4,000 items with directs to the actual texts of several hundred articles and books that are available online.  This site can be searched by topic, such as the My Lai and Hue Massacres, the Tonkin Gulf incident, the role of the United States, our armed services and their involvement in the Vietnam War, oral histories and accounts, the role of the media and public opinion, propaganda, the draft, medical personnel, Agent Orange and other chemicals, POWs/MIAs, literature and film, U.S. government publications, etc.  Though the site consists chiefly of lists of books and articles, one can find pertinent information/copies of the actual documents by clicking on the links within the bibliography.
Vietnam War -- Essays & Papers

...gives links to various lengthy papers and essays concerning the Vietnam War, such as the evolution of U.S. Army tactical doctrine from 1946 – 1976, mechanized and armor battle operations in Vietnam, Battle of Dong Ap Bia – Hill 937 (Hamburger Hill), what a platoon leader should know about the enemy's jungle tactics, the raid of the prison camp at Sontay, etc.  Some of these papers require Acrobat Reader.

The Wars for Viet Nam: 1945 to 1975
...developed around course materials for Robert Brigham's senior seminar on the Viet Nam War at Vassar College, offices students an opportunity to examine those sources, including numerous official documents.  Brigham was the first American scholar given access to the Vietnamese archives on the war in Hanoi.  Included here are some of the Hanoi documents, offered for examination and study.  Also gives links to other websites concerning the Vietnam War, websites of remembrance, maps, military history, archives, images and memories of Viet Nam veterans, Vietnamese culture (art, music, religion), etc.

Also, has a slide show consisting of 20 slides.
